What do we do?

We share our experience and passion for nutrition, health and wellness by providing detoxification consultations, coaching to individual and groups like our Raw Detox Circle, retreats, workshops, courses in food making and Pilates.

Plant-based diets are becoming very popular because of its health benefits, from athletes to celebrities and people like you and me, we all benefit from the nutritional power of plant foods

At Plants From Now On we give preference to a whole raw food diet, oil-free and without processed ingredients

What is the difference between a raw food diet and a plant-based diet?

Heating changes food's molecular structure and affecting its biological characteristics,  affecting its properties by decreasing or destroying its nutritional value. Temperatures between 40-47 Celsius are generally a rule of thumb for raw foodists. Higher temperatures than those affect food’s nutrients and micronutrients like enzymes, vitamins, minerals and water content.

What is the best way to eat foods, to benefit from its full bio-activity and properties?

Whole, raw and fresh. Even juicing is a manipulation, not as aggressive as heating, but diminishes foods’s natural fibre.

What is a raw food diet?

It consists of eating fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs and sprouts, excluding grains and animal products.

Why eat a Raw Food Diet?

- Better digestion
- Active detoxification
- More nutrients
- Improved health
- More energy
- Wellbeing
- Optimum Weight
- Feeling younger

Plant foods, especially raw plant foods, respect our physiological characteristics in all senses and allow us to be aligned as a whole - body, mind/emotional and spiritual.

It is also well-known that a big part of our environmental problems results from the wrong use of the land to grow crops to feed animals. By opting for a plant-based diet, you are sending a message of love, not only to yourself and to your body, but also the planet, our home.

At Plants From Now On we have a holistic approach to life, it is not only about the ‘food’. What we eat is exceptionally important, as it is our emotional, mental and spiritual abundance. Taking into account your other needs besides our physical necessities will take towards a path of balance and joy.
