I’ve been overweight all my adult life, in the past year I’ve tried so many diets but none of them worked, I would lose weight and gain once I stopped dieting.
I knew I had to change my eating habits but never had the courage to do it. It was not until Telma started posting all about her journey into a healthy lifestyle with plant-based food.
To be honest, I was concerned in the beginning (skeptical - that’s the word I used), but after speaking with Telma and reading more about plant-based food I realized that she was just giving her life and health another chance.
When I started analyzing what I ate, I realized that I was not taking care of myself and probably that’s why I was overweight. So I decided to ask Telma for help. How grateful I am for that!
Telma willingly created a five weeks detox program based in plant-based food.
Gave it a try and am loving it! This is my fifth week and I’ve lost 5 kg, sleep better and have more energy.
So far, I noticed that I’m developing new eating habits that I really want to stick to. I don’t miss meat or dairy products. I do not feel hungry because I am always eating fruits or veggies. Even though for now I’m still thinking that plant based for me is not a forever thing, I will continue to include plant- based food into my diet.
With Telma’s help I want this experience to be part of my life style for a better me.
