Welcome to our 8-day Raw Connection Retreat in Portugal with theme 'Courage to Change' focusing on real connection, with yourself, and with your environment. Real connection is so needed in today's world and is the key to unlock your potential for self-healing and increase wellbeing. For that, courage along with vulnerability to face inner fears, traumas, is needed so to re-establish ownership of your body, mind and spirit, of yourself. Join us for one whole week were you can be your rawself, with delicious healthy foods, Pilates classes, raw connection discussions, alternative cognitive re-education therapy workshop and much more.
The location - Eco Villa
Villa Epicurea is about 40km from Lisbon center, this beautiful eco boutique hotel is immersed in the evergreen landscape of the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park. It's a wellness heaven, bathed by the ocean breeze and blessed by unreal sunsets. Where you are invited to indulge on a transformative journey that will awake all your senses, arise your feelings, as you reborn.

The Villa is surrounded by wild and original nature, always with sea in view. Sustainability, comfort and design are united here.
For a little cooling off in between, you can take a dip in the pool and enjoy the sunsets over the sea from the terrace. In ca. 3km away you reach the next magical beach and can be swept away by the waves of the Atlantic and feel the sand between your toes.
