Plant-Based Food Making Course - Middle Eastern Cuisine

Middle Eastern culture is well known by its hospitality and delicious comfort food. It is rich in vegetarian based dishes in which we are extremely happy for.


Characterized by its herbs, spices and ingredients like olives, chickpeas, lentils, eggplant, cucumbers. Many of which were the ones available in the market in the past.


This is a 4 hour-long hands-on course, intimate course inspired by the Middle Eastern Cuisine.

We will make homemade plant-based food, from scratch about five or more dishes: tabbouleh, falafel, tahine sauce, baba ganoush, hummus and Lebanese rice.

The recipes are adapted to a healthier version.

Our food is vegan or 100% plant-based, oil-free, sugar-free and gluten-free. We work with fresh produce and high quality ingredients and organic as much as possible.

This is a 1:1 consultation where fits your individual needs. Get your questions answered and learn the basics of whole foods, plant-based living, as well as how to succeed. You will also get a weekly meal plan.

This is a theory course for you that want to start a healthy journey and would like to know how does a plant-based lifestyle can benefit you. We will go over frequently asked questions and understand what is the science behind. We will look at nutrition in plant foods, benefits of eating this way, environment impact, supplements and exercise. Light refreshments will be provided.
