Welcome to this foundation Pilates course for beginners. Pilates is a form of exercise that trains the body's core muscles, such as stomach, back, hips and shoulder/neck.
You'll train the whole body with functional exercises on mat, which make it easy for you to find the "right muscles", find stability across pelvic, spine, and the rest of your body.

This is an intimate 6-week course, 55 mins long and it will be running on Wednesdays, starting September 14th 16:30 in the heart of St. Hanshaugen, at Pilatespilotene boutique Studio in Oslo.
