Whole Foods, Plant-Based lifestyle
Feeding ourselves with compassion
Whole Foods Plant-based is a way of living. In order to attain homeostasis (the equilibrium of internal organism) we need to consider what we eat/drink, breath, touch, watch/hear and think. We feed on everything around us. This lifestyle focus on eating fruits, vegetables, legumes (fresh), whole grains (sprouted), mushrooms and nuts/seeds and avoiding all animal products, processed foods, oils, alcohol, coffee or any other drugs as much as possible. Those choices, combined with exercise and stress management techniques encourage our whole body to heal so that we can thrive.
My name is Telma Fjelltveit, and I am a food enthusiast
holding a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate, from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell University and a three-year National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry from CPUT in South-Africa.
I am 31 years old, born in Lisbon, Portugal and grew up in Luanda, Angola. Today, I live in Oslo, Norway with my lovely husband Marius 😍.
Growing up I have been insecure about my weight, I use to be in this dilemma between eating because ‘’I love food’’ and feeling bad afterwards about having eating. I tried numerous diets, that never been sustainable. I can’t tell you how much I love food.
